The largest crude terminal in Greece is located near the small fishing village of Pachi. It serves the needs of Hellenic Petroleum refineries and can accommodate just about any tanker. The usual sizes though, are Aframax and Suezmax, since such vessels cannot pass Salamis Channel into Eleusis bay when fully laden, due to the draft restriction of 10.89 meters. This is one more port where we have an almost daily presence, being active there since the very start of the terminal operation.
